Maintenance Technician – Buildings & Grounds

About this Opportunity:

The Building and Grounds Maintenance Technician will be responsible for maintaining AMSOIL owned structures, lighting, and HVAC equipment. Also, this person will complete minor carpentry and building repairs, painting, and be responsible for the general interior and exterior appearance of the property.

Requirements/Expectations:

Responsibilities: The Building and Grounds Maintenance Technician will monitor all HVAC systems for proper operation, conduct any repairs necessary and replace filters. Other responsibilities include painting, lawn care, snow removal (including plowing and shoveling), light construction projects, electrical system repairs, operating equipment (i.e. Bobcat, plow, truck, frontend loader, snow blower), and repairing minor plumbing fixtures and components.

Requirements include:

• Associates Degree or equivalent experience in a facilities maintenance role
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience maintaining HVAC systems, buildings, and structure
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Available to work full-time
• A valid drivers’ license

Preferred:

• Associates Degree in Facilities Maintenance, HVAC Maintenance, or and Electrical field
• Low Voltage wiring experience
• Residential and commercial wiring experience
• Commercial plumbing experience
• Refrigerant handling license
• Equipment operator’s license
