Technical Services Representative

About this Opportunity:

The Technical Service Representative is responsible for supplying direct technical support to AMSOIL Dealers and Customers via the telephone, fax and/or email on the proper AMSOIL product usage in order to drive positive sales and increase customer loyalty.


Responsibilities: Provide technical support on AMSOIL products and their recommended usage. This is done through receiving inbound phone calls and replying to e-mails and/or fax. Research warranty cases and make recommendations to approve or deny the warranties based on the findings. Work on special projects as assigned by the Technical Services Supervisor/Manager.

Requirements include:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
Preferred Skills:
  • Associate's and/ or Bachelor's degree
  • Experience working in an inbound call center
  • Understanding of mechanics, lubricants and automotive part
