About this Opportunity:

AMSOIL INC, located in Superior, Wisconsin is looking for a Customer Service Representative to provide outstanding customer service while accurately and efficiently handling customer inquiries and orders. The Customer Service Representative will answer inbound phone calls, process internet orders, handle customer registrations and renewals, validate customer account information, and resolve issues related to customer orders or order shipments.

Responsibilities/Requirements:

  • Provide outstanding customer service over the phone and through email
  • Accurately enter customer orders provided over the phone into our online order management system
  • Validate and confirm customer information and assist customers with registrations and renewals
  • Provide pricing information to customers as well as oil and filter recommendations based on vehicle description
  • Inform customers about new products and make product suggestions
  • Document and resolve shipping and order related issues by tracking shipments and/or working with our local Distribution Centers to resolve issues for customers as efficiently as possible
  • Conduct outbound calls to customers to proactively renew expiring accounts, conduct order surveys, provide information about product recalls, and to help achieve sales on special corporate objectives
  • Prepare outgoing mail such as commission checks and invoices to be sent by established deadline
  • Coordinate various administrative tasks between answering inbound calls such as processing internet transactions, establishing new customer accounts, and reviewing and qualifying account applications

Requirements include:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • One to three years of customer service experience
  • Strong public relations and customer service skills
  • Ability to communicate effectively, courteously, and professionally in-person, over the phone, and through e-mail
  • Strong skills in operating a computer with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other office specific software
  • Ability to multi-task and demonstrate a keen attention to detail
  • Must be punctual and flexible with schedule
  • Skilled in dealing diplomatically with customers under stressful conditions

Preferred:

  • Experience with AMSOIL programs
