Digital Marketing Specialist

About this Opportunity:
AMSOIL INC, located in Superior, WI, is looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist.  The Digital Marketing Specialist will play an integral role in the creation, management and performance optimization of marketing e-mails, and automation campaigns in order to capture leads and grow revenue.  This person will lead cross-functional teams to implement the AMSOIL digital marketing strategy and execution through content development and digital assets in accordance with the Company’s overall marketing strategy and initiatives.

Responsibilities/Requirements:
Responsibilities:

• Plan, design and execute e-mail marketing communications and automation programs
• Coordinate the creation of various e-mail campaign elements, including e-mail body design, body content, graphic design, CTAs and subject lines
• Ensure e-mail marketing efforts and technical execution conform to US and international spam and privacy requirements
• Serve as the subject matter expert on e-mail deliverability and audience governance
• Execute digital marketing strategy, set by partnership with the Director of Web & Digital Strategy
• Implement inbound marketing campaigns for lead capture and lead nurture
• Coordinate the creation of digital assets and landing pages in partnership with internal stakeholders, communications, copywriters, graphic designers and web developers
• Manage product launches online

Requirements include:

• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, analytics or other related field or equivalent work experience
• Minimum 3-5 years’ experience with e-mail marketing, lead nurturing, marketing automation and web analytics
• Deep technical knowledge of marketing automation, data flows, measurement and campaign execution as well as best practices for sales and marketing processes
• Proficiency in e-mail marketing and marketing automation technology
• Experience building marketing campaigns, e-mail development and HTML
• General understanding of demand generation and lead nurture
• Knowledge of digital marketing channels including, SEO, SEM, e-mail and social media
• Experience analyzing data, identifying insights and presenting results
• Excellent problem-solving skills and resourcefulness, ability to think outside of the box to provide creative ideas
• Highly organized with a keen attention to detail
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office programs

Preferred:

• Experience with ClickDimensions (and/or Microsoft Dynamics) or similar marketing automation platform
• Experience using Google analytics
• Project management experience
