About this Opportunity:

AMSOIL INC. is looking for a Sales Coordinator to join the International department. The person in this position plays a key, administrative role in the efficiency of the International department by overseeing the order entry process and ensuring accurate pricing for all international accounts. Also, this person makes sure all production and shipping timelines are met for international customers, acting as a liaison between the customer and the AMSOIL Production, Shipping and Quality departments.

Requirements/Expectations:

Responsibilities:

  • Accept and enter all orders for international customers using JD Edwards (JDE)
  • Ensure all individual Distributor terms are accurate and updated in the CRM tool, Microsoft Dynamics
  • Develop and implement processes and procedures to facilitate international orders and deliveries
  • Develop and maintain professional customer relationships with international purchasing contacts
  • Serve as a liaison between the International department and the Quality Assurance team
  • Communicate professionally via e-mail and phone with customers and others within the organization
  • Respond to customer inquiries and support International Account Managers in a timely manner

Requirements include:

  • High School Diploma
  • 2 or more years of experience in an office environment or administrative assistance experience
  • Must be organized and able to handle and prioritize many tasks
  • Strong attention to detail and process execution
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Proven success working in a team-oriented work environment
  • Proven, extensive knowledge of Microsoft Office Word, Excel and Power Point
  • Ability to work with individuals across the world whose native language is not English

Preferred:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a Business-related field
  • Familiarity and practical experience in the use of JDE, CRM or similar systems
